CTCLUSI – A Tapestry of Tradition and Progress

Headquartered in Coos Bay, Oregon with a five-county service area including Coos, Curry, Douglas, Lane, and Lincoln Counties, the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI) are woven strands of four bands of three historically and culturally rich tribes; two bands of Coos Tribe: Hanis Coos, Miluk Coos; Lower Umpqua Tribe (Quuiich); and Siuslaw Tribe.

Our legacy is a mosaic of resilience, community, and stewardship, embodying thousands of years of connection to our ancestral lands and waters in coastal Oregon. Our identity is inseparable from the bountiful rivers, the vast ocean, and the ancient forests that have provided for us since time immemorial. We are committed to a future where our people thrive, enriched by opportunities and strengthened by the resilience that has defined us for generations.

Three Rivers Health Center – A New Chapter in Our Journey

Three Rivers Health Center is just one forward step in our commitment to the well-being of all who live in and around our tribal lands. We honor our ancestors by providing compassionate, holistic healthcare that integrates our cultural values and upholds the dignity of every individual. In every interaction and service we provide, the legacy of CTCLUSI is present, guiding us to nurture health, foster community, and ensure that the stories of our tribes continue for many generations to come.
