About Three Rivers Health Center

Three Rivers Health Center and Pharmacy opened May 2024 in Coos Bay, OR. Owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI), the care and well-being of CTCLUSI tribal members is our top priority. We also offer care to members of all federally recognized tribes who live in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Lane, and Lincoln counties, as well as all our neighbors in and around Coos Bay.
